I am looking to sublet a bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment at 111 Gainsborough St from June 1st through August 2012. The apartment is male only and there will be a roommate for the remainder of the summer. The roommate is very clean and organized and is very nice. The apartment is extremely clean as well and partially furnished. Laundry is in-unit with central heat/AC. There is a ton of storage space and a lovely balcony to enjoy the outdoors (the apartment is located on the 3rd floor). nnUtilities are not included but cable + electric combined never run more than $125, so $1300 at most.
