Looking to sublet one bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment from May 1st-August 31st. This is the larger bedroom in the unit, with beautiful windows and lots of light. The apartment would be shared with one other person, but you both would have your own rooms. The building is convenient to grocery stores, the Boylston/Newbury area, and the T. Exact move-in/ move-out dates negotiable. The apartment will be unfurnished, so you will need to provide your own furniture and kitchen stuff. Rent does not include electricity or internet, which ends up costing an additional $35/month.
