I am looking to rent my room for the Summer 2013. The room comes with a full size bed, nightstand, dresser, and a big closet with built in shelves. Heat and hot water are included in the rent; other utilities are about $60/month. It is located at the bottom of Mission Hill, and is a short walk to campus. I have one female roommate who is a student at Northeastern; she is very down to earth and easy to live with.
