We are looking to transfer our lease for the summer (May-August).
The apartment is in the basement but gets a lot of light! There is a private door directly to the street, and the laundry room is right outside the back door!
The apartment technically only has one bedroom, but there is a second smaller room that could be used as a bedroom.
The walk to campus is about 15 minutes.
Shaws is about 5 minutes away!
