The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and living room. I would be willing to leave my furniture there to make moving in and out a much easier process. Rent is only $900 and includes heat and water; utilities combine to cost about $50 each month. Currently I have 2 roommates, one is sharing a large bedroom with me, and the other is in another bedroom. The sublet is to take my place, and share a bedroom with my current roommate who will be on co-op for Summer 2.
